To answer your question about Lily sleeping through the night, she still doesn't sleep through the night EVERY night. It's like totally random if she will or not. Lately there have been more nights than not, but usually she is up 1-2 times a night for a quick nursing session and then back to sleep. Honestly it might be a personality thing because what you described with Cole is EXACTLY what my sister goes through every night with her 2 year old son. I feel like this might be what my nights will sound like when Nadia is Cole's age because she barely gives me 4 straight hours to start the night out and then she is up every 1-2 hours and often won't go back in her crib so I end up sleeping with her latched on.
I really am not the one for advice am I?!?! I was doing really good reading "the no cry sleep solution" but I think exhaustion has led way to laziness and just doing what is easiest in order to get some amount of sleep!
Hope I didn't depress you even more! Good luck, I hope you figure it out soon...
